At Aurum Borealis, we are committed to providing high-quality services in global brand empowerment, educational publishing, content development, and experiential marketing. We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned, and canceling may be necessary. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and reasonable for both our clients and our company.
Section 2: Agreement
The Aurum Borealis Cancellation Policy (“Cancellation Policy”) describes how Aurum Borealis (“Aurum Borealis,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles cancellations for our services. By visiting and/or using the Aurum Borealis services, you (“Client,” “User,” “you,” “your”) acknowledge and agree to our Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to our Cancellation Policy, please do not use the website or any associated service and/or application.
Section 3: Cancellation Eligibility
3.1. Evaluations and Rush Orders. If for any reason you must cancel your Evaluation and/or Rush Order, you must cancel it within 2 hours of purchasing your Evaluation and/or Rush Order. Please contact us at info@aurumborealis.com to receive a full refund within 24 hours of cancelation.
3.2. Normal Services. If for any reason you must cancel your Service Order, you must cancel it 24 hours before the specified timeframe you are given once you pass your Evaluation. Please contact us at info@aurumborealis.com within 24 hours of canceling your order to see if you qualify for a refund and/or partial refund depending on the completion status of your order at the time of cancellation. 3.3. Online Courses and Appointments. If for any reason you must cancel your scheduled appointment, you may do so at any time 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting time. We are unable to accommodate last-minute cancellations under 24 hours due to high-volume demand and limited timeslots. However, if you have a medical emergency, you may request a refund at info@aurumborealis.com within 24 hours of your canceled appointment. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
Section 4: Provider Cancellation
Aurum Borealis reserves the right to cancel Course Appointments at any time due to various instances listed below. In the event of such circumstances and after we ensure that all personnel are safe, our staff will promptly reach out to clients at the earliest time via email to discuss the possibility of rescheduling your appointment. We prioritize the safety of our staff and the convenience of our clients. Thus, Aurum Borealis will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Health-related Emergency. Example: hospitalization or urgent medical attention.
Sudden Emergency. Illness or death of a family member.
Natural Disasters. Please be advised that our headquarters are physically located in Hawaii, USA, where inclement tropical weather, including but not limited to wildfires, flash floods or storm surges, tropical storms, high winds, hurricanes, tsunamis, seismic conditions, or related mandatory evacuations due to a government declaration of a state-wide emergency, etc., can occasionally pose a risk of disruption for scheduled appointments. While these circumstances are rare, power outages can be expected in any such listed event, etc.
Section 5: Cancellation Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove portions of this Cancellation Policy at any time, and changes will take effect immediately upon submission via this website. A notice via email will be sent out to Clients of the changes. Please review the Cancellation Policy when accessing our website and services as needed. Your continued use of our website and services after any updates constitutes your agreement to such changes.
